This is where you start.

Our Foundation Course is for people who are completely new to this highly-effective approach to fitness. You will learn all the fundamental movements, techniques and nutrition guidelines to prepare you for our main CrossFit programme, plus you’ll lose fat and start to feel your body change.

The Foundation Course is 3 sessions set over 1 week, everyone must attend all 3 sessions to graduate and move into our main CrossFit sessions. This also gives you a chance to try out CrossFit and see what it’s all about for only £34.99

Sessions are limited to 8 people to ensure you get the most from your coach, while having the support and camaraderie with others at the same level as you. If you can’t make the set days or times we do also offer a one to one foundation course for just £97

We have a course starting every week until Christmas. The last course will start on 18th Dec
