At CrossFit Muscle Yard we offer two coaching packages. Both programmes will give you access to our main classes, where you will get all the coaching and support you will ever need.

You’ll also get on-going nutrition advice plus your own account on Wodify – the world’s leading workout and progress tracking system – included in your membership. All you have to do is decide which programme will work best for you.

Learn the fundamental movements and train with others at the same level as you.

Tues 8.30pm, Thurs 8.30pm, Sat 11.00am

This is for people who have never done CrossFit before.



Per Session

Are you visiting from another box or just want to try us out?

Feel free to come in for a session.

Drop-Ins are only available for experienced CrossFitters.

Please note that these prices will increase but you will never pay more than your initial cost as long as you are a member. The fee you pay now is the fee you will always pay.


All memberships are on rolling month-to-month contract and are paid on the 1st of every month. Your first payment will be for the rest of the current month and will be worked out accordingly.


If you want to cancel your membership, you are required to give 30 days notice. So our processing team can deal with your request.

All membership change / cancellation requests must be completed by filling out this Cancellation form.  No refunds will be processed.
