CrossFit is a functional strength and conditioning programme with constantly varied workouts that will provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. You get all the coaching and guidance you need no matter how experienced you are.
We combine bodyweight training, gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance activities like running and rowing for different durations to create unparalleled results. We utilise everything from the basic air squat and push-up to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level. Everyone receives the individual attention they deserve as a member of CrossFit Muscle Yard.
These principles are applied in a small group classes where you will work out with friends, who will not only push and support you, but also motivate and inspire you. Training with others makes your workouts fun and enjoyable, it also holds you accountable to staying on track.
Missing a workout rarely happens as you will be excited to come to the gym and train. If you don’t show, your new friends will be texting and Facebook messaging you, asking where you are. If you are having trouble getting motivated or tend to fall off the fitness wagon, then this is the place for you.

This is where everyone starts. Our Foundation Course is for people who are completely new to this highly-effective approach to fitness. You will learn all the fundamental movements, techniques and nutrition guidelines to prepare you for our main CrossFit programme, plus you’ll lose fat and start to feel your body change.
The Foundation Course is 3 sessions set over 1 week, everyone must attend all 3 sessions to graduate and move into our main CrossFit classes. This also gives you a chance to try out CrossFit and see what it’s all about.
Sessions are limited to 6 people to ensure you get the most from your coach, while having the support and camaraderie with others at the same level as you. If you can’t make the set days or times we do also offer a one to one foundation course for just £97

We understand that group training isn’t for everyone. But whether you are just getting started on your fitness journey or drastically looking to improve your body or performance, we are able to give you the support you need.
Our head coach Rob built his fitness career in personal training before specialising in CrossFit, so individual programmes are second nature to us.
We offer 6 and 12 week programmes or you can book in a one-off session to focus on your goals.
Do you want to try out CrossFit but don’t feel comfortable in the classes yet? Have you hit a plateau or aren’t making the progress you like? Do you want to dial in your training or technique? If so then personal training could be for you.
Our Personal Training sessions are a perfect complement to add on to your Group Training membership. Non-members are also more than welcome to come in and work 1-on-1 with our coaches.
