CrossFit is a functional strength and conditioning program with constantly varied workouts that will provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. You get all the coaching and guidance you need no matter how experienced you are.
We combine bodyweight training, gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance activities like running and rowing for different durations to create unparalleled results. We utilise everything from the basic air squat and push-up to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level. Everyone receives the individual attention they deserve as a member of CrossFit Muscle Yard.
These principles are applied in a small group classes where you will work out with friends, who will not only push and support you, but also motivate and inspire you. Training with others makes your workouts fun and enjoyable, it also holds you accountable to staying on track.
Missing a workout rarely happens as you will be excited to come to the gym and train. If you don’t show, your new friends will be texting and Facebook messaging you, asking where you are. If you are having trouble getting motivated or tend to fall off the fitness wagon, then this is the place for you.

This is where everyone starts. Our fundamentals Sessions are for people who are completely new to this highly-effective approach to fitness. You will learn all the fundamental movements, techniques and everything you will need to know to get started in our program.

We provide effective group training designed to Improve your overall physical and mental health. Our program is designed to keep you fitter and stronger for years to come.
Our Legends programs runs on 2 days a week

We understand that group training isn’t for everyone. But whether you are just getting started on your fitness journey or drastically looking to improve your body or performance, we are able to give you the support you need.
Our head coach Rob built his fitness career in personal training before specialising in CrossFit, so individual programs are second nature to us.
Do you want to try out CrossFit but don’t feel comfortable in the classes yet? Have you hit a plateau or aren’t making the progress you like? Do you want to dial in your training or technique? If so then personal training could be for you.
Our Personal Training sessions are a perfect complement to add on to your Group Training membership. Non-members are also more than welcome to come in and work 1-on-1 with our coaches.
