Our mission at CrossFit Muscle Yard is to get you fitter, stronger, leaner and healthier, make working out fun and introduce you to new friends who will push, inspire and motivate you along the way.

Based on the highly-effective CrossFit training methodology, our approach to training is designed to get you the best results possible. Whether your goal is to lose fat, build lean muscle, increase your fitness, get stronger, improve your health or be a high-level competitor – our programme and highly-experienced coaches will provide you with the knowledge, tools and support you need to crush all your fitness goals.

Whether you aspire to be a top-level competitor or you are completely new to fitness, our programmes are tailored to you, your fitness level and your ability. We monitor your progress and adjust accordingly to make sure you are always progressing.

CrossFit Muscle Yard is nothing like the gyms you are used to.

We believe the standard gym model is wrong and although it provides somewhere for you to train, it doesn’t work when it comes to getting great results for most people. We have made training fun, enjoyable and very goal-driven. We’ve removed all the obstacles and barriers you are likely to come up against in a standard gym environment so there’s nothing stopping you achieving your goals here.

You might be a regular gym-goer who needs to raise their training game or someone completely new to fitness – our programs will be tailored to you, your fitness levels and your ability. We will constantly monitor your progress and adjust what you are doing accordingly to ensure you are always seeing results. You will never have to plan your own workout again or wonder if you are doing the right exercises, you’ll get coached every step of the way.

If you are planning to join and not show up like most people at regular gyms, then we are not for you. We want to see you succeed and if you aren’t training at least 3 times a week, we will want to know why.

CrossFit Muscle Yard isn’t for everyone. We will push you to get the fitness levels and leanness you have only dreamed of. We want you to get results and we will get you there. But…

We understand that functional training may seem a little intimidating if you have never done it before. That is why everyone who is new to CrossFit Muscle Yard has to first come in for a one to one fundamentals session.

In this session you will get to meet us on a one to one basis, we will discuss your goals, discover your fitness level and teach you everything you will need to know to start your CrossFit journey.
